In 2015 CKC Properties secured planned consent for a student accommodation development at 75 Penrhyn Road, Kingston for 89 student beds.
The scheme will include a combination of cluster ensuites and studios with a shared common area including a film room, workspace and lounge.
TH Real Estate are forward funding the scheme and CKC Properties are managing the design and build and are currently on site with completion due for the September 2017 academic year.
