CKC Properties delivered an 89-bed purpose-built student accommodation development of 19 studios and 70 cluster en-suite rooms with a ground floor retail unit.

Situated next door to the University of Kingston’s Penrhyn Road Campus, the conveniently located scheme is highly sought after.

The accommodation’s amenities include a communal lounge area, quiet study space, an on-site laundry, bike storage and parking facilities. The ground floor retail unit is occupied by Sainsbury’s, and the surrounding area has various restaurants, bars and cafes, providing a fantastic base for students during their studies.

The development was complete in 2018 and welcomed its first residents that same year for the 2018-19 academic year that began in September.

Other PBSA Developments

In addition to our PBSA development in Kingston, CKC Properties has successfully secured planning for and developed various purpose-built student accommodation schemes across the UK. Other projects include student housing in Edinburgh, Leicester, Durham, Guildford and Brighton (Lewes Road and Hollingdean Road). We’ve also developed two additional schemes in London, specifically in Bermondsey and Lewisham
